Todd Carpenter is the Director of Digital Engagement for The National Association of REALTORS®, overseeing the association’s communication strategy on its social media channels. He is a writer for REALTOR® Magazine and several association blogs. Todd has been a real estate and mortgage professional since 1992, and created the first broker-focused mortgage blog in 2005. He was named to the Inman News “Most Influential In Real Estate” list in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Across North America, Todd speaks about online strategy and is an organizer of grassroots “un-conferences” focused on Web 2.0 ideas. He co-founded REBarcamp and created unassociated.org. Todd is an industry pioneer in leveraging the social web.
