Tina Mak immigrated to Canada from Hong Kong in 1991. Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin. She began her real estate career in 1992 and is known as one of the most energetic, efficient, knowledgeable, market savvy, strong negotiating, and dynamic brokers/agents in the industry.
Tina is the Founding President of AREAA Vancouver and chaired the Vancouver Real Estate Summit. Since 2007, she has hosted a highly-rated weekly Chinese radio real estate show on Vancouver’s AM 1320 where she discusses real estate trends and investment strategies for a general audience. She is a frequent speaker in North America for major organizations like Coldwell Banker, Asian Real Estate Association of America, and Inman News, sharing her insight and perspective on the important and growing Asian customer market.
Tina has been featured in a number of industry and general interest publications including the Huffington Post, Ming Pao (a Chinese newspaper founded in Hong Kong that has been publishing since 1959), Real Estate Magazine (REM), and Maclean’s, Canada’s national newsmagazine. Inman News named her one of the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders 2013.
