Rob has been in the real estate industry since 1997, and is currently sales manager for Coldwell Banker Burnet in Minneapolis. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Rob spent a decade with RE/MAX as a broker/owner. During this time, Rob also cofounded a real estate company in Bangkok, Thailand. His varied experience has included involvement in the consulting, sales and marketing of both residential properties and project planning and development. His experience has proved useful to clients in all facets of the real estate transaction, from strategic planning, marketing and negotiations to securing financing and closing. Rob is a current instructor with both CB University and NAR, a past board member of AREAA, and past president of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®. You may also be familiar with him as guest host of the DIY Network hit show Sweat Equity. When he’s not working. he likes to spend time in his airplane or on his motorcycle, which is never often enough.
