Peter Brewer is a real estate and social media junkie from "Down Under." Despite his boyish good looks and charm, Peter is a 50+ lad with a 30+ year career in the real estate industry. From sales cadet to salesperson to business owner to board chairman of a 90-office strong network, through to social media educator to a range of franchise groups in the real estate industry across Australia and New Zealand, Pete has seen the business evolve and taken the opportunity to drive change at every level.

Whilst Australia is a long way geographically from the USA, we Australian’s share very much the same values as our wonderful American friends. Our real estate process has some stark contrasts with the USA, but in the end we are very much in the "people business." I love being able to come to these events to learn and share. I love the friendships I’ve made at these NAR events and online with some amazing people. Over my 30+ year career in real estate, I’ve seen some exciting trends and tools come and go. The new age and the power shift created by the advent of social media and new tools and technologies is one of the most exciting era’s I’ve seen. But in the end, it's mission critical to remember that they are all just tools. You just need to get to know how to use them. I know I’ll walk away from NAR 2011 with some more outstanding information to take home to Australia. I’m genuinely looking forward to meeting old friends and making new friends when I’m in Anaheim.
