Lou Nimkoff
Lou Nimkoff is a Principal at the Brio Companies, a Winter Park, Florida-based real estate investment group. He has been active in commercial real estate since 1983, and a real estate broker in Florida for over 15 years. He participates on the national and local levels of the CCIM Institute, RPAC, the National Association of REALTORS®, and IREM, where he also serves as an instructor. Lou has been published or quoted in National Real Estate Investor, Commercial Investment Real Estate, Journal of Property Management and Florida REALTOR®. He has been involved in Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Management of retail, multi-family and office properties.
