Associate Broker and Co-owner, Stanberry REALTORS®
John Rosshirt loves the real estate industry. His clients are the best. He and his firm’s 100 agents cover Austin, one of the hottest markets, as well as the four surrounding counties of suburban, farm and ranch, and commercial markets.
The REALTORS® Conference & Expo has been a big part of John’s education. “Hanging with the best helps inform and inspire my sales business and also gives me the background and information to be a REALTOR® leader.”
In his association work, he has served as a regional vice president for the Texas Association of REALTORS®, NAR director, chair of the NAR Smart Growth Advisory Board, president of the Austin board, and headed the MLS twice. This conference he is on the Land Use, Private Property Rights, and Environment Committees and the Green Resource Council’s Advisory Board and a featured attendee.
In 2000, he was named Salesman of the Year by the Austin Board of REALTORS®, and in 2008 received the Omega Tau Rho Award and 2015 Green Resource Council’s Evergreen Award. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. Raised in suburban Chicago, he has also lived in the Middle East, Minnesota, and Utah before getting to Austin in 1981.
If he seems familiar, he may have been to your association teaching NAR’s Smart Growth for the 21st Century course.
