Having obtained a real estate license at just 19, Eric Stegemann was lucky enough to find his passion early in life. At just 21, Stegemann started his own firm, River City Real Estate, which in 20 months grew to one of the largest independent firms in the Saint Louis area. During his time fostering the growth of agents both young and old, he learned that many technology systems in use by REALTORS® today are antiquated and hard to use. Along with being a member of NAR’s Business Issues Committee, Stegemann now works with brokerages and REALTORS® all across the country to help them get a plain words understanding of technology trends such as search engine optimization, blogging, customer relationship management, and online consumer behavior.
