Erica L. Solomon is Chief Executive Officer of E. Lynn Solomon, LLC. She has expanded her professional knowledge and expertise from residential and commercial property management to include residential, commercial sales and leasing.

She has over 20 years experience in providing extraordinary customer service, property management, property preservation, contract negotiating, and marketing to investors, tenants, homebuyers and homeowners. She’s carved out her niche as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, while maintaining a strong passion for first time homebuyers.

She also served early in her career as the CEO of ELS Property Management, Inc., where she managed over 250 residential and commercial properties. Today she lists, maintains and sells REO properties for Freddie Mac.

She has filmed five episodes of HGTV’s “Get It Sold,” and was featured on CNBC for a million dollar plus listing she obtained in Rockville MD. Within the first five years of her career, she was awarded the Shining Star Award by the Maryland Association of Realtors® in 2006, became a member of the Director’s Club at Long & Foster in 2007, and was the recipient of the 2009 Rookie REALTOR® of the Year by the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®.

Erica currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the MAR Annual Conference Committee, 2011 and Vice-President of Membership of the Baltimore Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She serves on the MAR Rookie Realtor® Advisory Committee, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® Board of Directors, Membership, Awards and Convention Committees, and is a volunteer with the Maryland Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Habitat for Humanity.
